We have launched our online portal called “My St. John’s,” which gives parishioners and staff anytime, anywhere access to their member and family records, plus a church pictorial directory. The system is fully secure and monitored. It will allow us to connect and engage with each other while providing the most up-to-date, accurate information. It’s a very exciting development that will help us all get to know our neighbors better!
Each household was sent an email with a username and instructions on how to access the My St. John’s online parishioner portal. If you did not receive that email, please contact the church office at 651-228-1172 x23 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like one-on-one help with accessing the portal, we will have a “help desk” set up after both services on Sunday, July 16 and August 20. Simply drop by and Sarah Dull and Ellie Watkins will take your picture for the photo directory, help you check your member records, and answer any questions you may have.
You can also come in to the church office anytime Monday-Friday 9am-4pm for one-on-one assistance.
