» East Metro Mission Area Gathering

Posted on: April 5, 2018

The Episcopal Church in Minnesota would love to see you at this year’s East Metro Mission Area Gathering: Saturday, April 14 from 10am-4pm at Holy Apostles Episcopal Church, 2200 Minnehaha Ave E.

We’ll be watching the movie The Shack and diving into topics that this movie raises: how do we visualize God, how do we heal and transform?

We’d love to see each faith community represented at this gathering. It’s an important time for us to hear from one another about what’s happening, learn and grow together, and build relationships that help us connect throughout the year.

Our time will include prayer service and lunch as well.

We invite you to bring something to share for lunch – something that represents your culture or ethnicity, and as many folks from your faith community as you can!

Find a flyer with more information about the event here.

Mission Areas are made up of the 10-15 faith communities that are closest to you in the state. Mission Area Gatherings (MAG) are for everyone – whether you’re a volunteer, a clergy person, an occasional attendee of a faith community, a vestry member, or anything in between.
