On July 29th the Rev. Keely Morgan Franke was ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Brian Prior.  Keely has been with us for the past two years first as a seminarian, then as a transitional deacon, and now as our assistant priest.  As the assistant priest Keely is responsible for new members ministry, faith-in-action, and is the clergy support for our children, youth and family ministry.  In December Keely along with a group of St. John's members started a monthly contemplative service called "The Still Point," which will be every second Thursday of the month.  She enjoys sharing in the ministries of celebrating and preaching on Sunday mornings and assisting with pastoral care as well.
