Companions in Transformation: Our Season of Renewal
This summer will be a season of rest and renewal for our community, to prepare St. John’s for the next season of engaged ministry. We will share meals and listen deeply to one another’s stories in order to discern God’s call for our next step in ministry together.

Want to know your fellow parishioners better, one-on-one? Put your name in the hat! During the month of June there will be a drawing at every service to pair two random parishioners who will then have the chance to meet for coffee, lunch, or happy hour in the following week.

Blessing our youth as they set off on their pilgrimage to Ireland, an important stepping stone in their “Journey to Adulthood” program.

ST. JOHN’S LIBRARY
We invite you to stop in to the newly refreshed St. John’s Library (adjacent to the gathering space) on Sunday mornings or during the week when the church is open. Relax, refresh your mind, and restore your spirit. Checking out a book is as easy as signing your name. We welcome comments as well as suggestions for titles to add to the collection. A special “open house” will be held in October during National Church Library Month.

2018 HABITAT FOR HUMANITY BUILD

1. Host from 9-10:45 or from 10:45-noon. Greet customers and encourage donations.
2. Pick up signs around the neighborhood.
3. Deliver after-market produce to First Nations Kitchen in Minneapolis.

HELP MESSIAH WITH PROJECT HOME
THE MONTH OF JUNE
Messiah Episcopal Church here in St Paul will be hosting families in June and they are in need of many volunteers to help out. They will also need help setting up on May 27, May 31 and June 1. This is a great way for us to not only help out families experiencing homelessness, but also to help another Episcopal parish.

This is the revival of the Young Adult Group that was started last year with Kate Bradtmiller. At this get-together, we’ll determine a few logistics for our future meetings. Everyone who identifies as a Young Adult is invited to attend.
