“The Spirituality of Liberation”
Sundays at 9am beginning January 12 in the Fireside Room and on Zoom
This series will respond to Nietzsche’s critique of Christianity as “cultivating an attitude of victimhood.” Together, we hope to articulate a vision of Christianity that could be characterized as a “deep liberation” or “spiritual liberation” that moves one out of an understanding of oneself as victim—even while never denying the many reasons one might regard oneself as oppressed.
