Especially while we are still looking for a new hire to fill our bookeeping/admin position, we are greatly in need of volunteers to help in the office on Mondays, Wednesday afternoons, or Fridays. It’s a position that’s easy but very rewarding: sit at the front desk and be a friendly face to anyone who stops by the office, answer the phone, and occasionally help with stuffing bulletins or assembling mailings. This is a great way to help out if you’re a newer member or have been feeling less connected to the church than you’d like to be! You’ll get to become more engaged in the daily workings of St. John’s and be a welcoming presence of hospitality. Contact Sarah Dull with any questions or if you’d like to help out.
