The Minnesota Episcopal Environmental Stewardship Commission‘s mission statement is “We believe creation is a gift of God, and all creation is interconnected. We seek to instill this spiritual awareness in parishioners, clergy, and staff of the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota; and to promote stewardship of and advocacy for planet Earth.”
A group is meeting after the 10 a.m. service on Sunday, Dec. 18th to discuss environmental stewardship. You’re invited to consider the following:
Wonder if we could drink from mugs and plates instead of Styrofoam or paper? Wonder what Property has been doing to keep us warm and comfortable with less energy? Wonder if we could grow produce for the Food Shelf and our Project Kathleen families? Meet with us in the library during Coffee Hour after the 10 o’clock service today and let’s wonder!
