“Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Cor 3:16)
During Advent, Carol DeFrancisco and Marjorie D. Grevious will lead this four-part series. As we prepare to receive God’s love in the Christ Child, we’ll participate in practices that align our minds, bodies, and spirits with wholeness and well-being. We will “inwardly digest” the appointed Advent Scriptures with gentle movements and contemplative breathing practices from a seated position.
