The Christmas Giving Tree

The Christmas Giving Tree
St John’s is participating in the Christmas Giving Tree project again this year.  This program is set up through the YWCA Housing and Support Services.  The Giving Tree contains wish list tags from each member of participating families and will fulfill Christmas for many.
Wish tags are hanging on the Christmas tree located at the back of the church.  Tags will remain on the tree waiting to be chosen or until the deadline nears.  Your help is very appreciated!!
There is more than one way you can participate: you can select however many tags you wish to fulfill, or donate funds to have others shop for you.
Once purchased, the unwrapped gifts can be dropped off at the YWCA Exercise area at 375 Selby Ave by Friday, December 11. There they will be wrapped and distributed in time for a Christmas celebration.  However, we will not be providing CUB Food Certificates as we have done in the past.
This year we have committed to providing gifts for 14 families in the YWCA Support Services.  For more information click here to contact Sue Cadwell.
