As we prepare our hearts and minds for the next election and our Christian action options, we felt it important to remind ourselves of what happened during Operation Metro Surge and how faithful Christians responded.

What motivates me to support Love Out Loud is my hope that we can become a community and a country that respects the dignity of all human beings.

This vision of God is not just disappointed in humanity; he’s pledged his allegiance to the United States and authorized his people to enforce his legalistic will on the rest of the country and the rest of the world. This is not the God of Scripture, but it is the God that most of the country sees. And this must change.

In a world where division often feels louder than unity, Love Out Loud offers a counter narrative—one rooted in empathy, courage, and the willingness to show up for one another.

This is more than resistance: this is an opportunity to create positive change in a meaningful way that is centered on our faith and is focused on improving the lives of others.

That fire is now fueling my determination to find ways to push back against the growing White Christian Nationalism that is poisoning our country, perverting my faith, threatening my family, and destroying our democracy.
