“But before all this occurs, they will arrest you and persecute you; they will hand you over to synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors because of my name. This will give you an opportunity to testify.”

“My hope is to serve those on the margins—especially those who have been hurt by past faith experiences.”

St. John’s has hosted the Artaria Chamber Music School (ACMS) from its inception in 2002. Founded and operated by members of the Artaria String Quartet, the school teaches students the techniques and artistry needed to interpret important Classical, Romantic, and Modern Era chamber music masterpieces.

We are looking at helping our children connect more deeply with our liturgical year by offering temporary, reusable, seasonal art installations that directly amplify liturgical seasons in a kinesthetic way.

“This milestone enables Interfaith Action to write the next chapter of our story with ownership of a new home, providing shelter to even more unhoused families while continuing to strengthen our roots and relationships in the community.”

This program year, each liturgical season will carry a certain theme and seasonal arch. During the Fall through November 20, our Compline services’ theme will be Night, Light, Beginning.

“I thought I’d give St. John’s a try and it was more than just a good fit— ittruly felt like home.”

“After hearing the story, the children were asked about the animals that God created and how we should care for all creatures.”
