Faith Communities Fill 446 Backpacks
Thirty-one faith communities came together this month to donate 446 backpacks full of school supplies. Eight partner organizations and programs will distribute them to young people to make sure they start the school year with the tools for success! Our recipients for this year’s School Tools drive are:
- American Indian Magnet School, Saint Paul Public Schools
- CornerHouse
- Department of Indian Work, Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul
- Emma’s Place, Emma Norton Services
- Hallie Q. Brown Community Center
- Project Home Family Shelter, Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul
