The Adult Choir is open to high school youth and adults who are interested in singing the classic texts of Christianity set to music of all periods, from Gregorian chant to the Renaissance, from the Baroque and Classical periods to the Romantic and Modern eras, plus Jazz and newly composed works. There are no auditions, but it is helpful to have had some choral singing experience.
The choir meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:15 to 9:15 pm and sings for the 10 am service on Sundays, with a rehearsal at 9 am. Besides Sunday mornings, the choir also sings for Evensong several times each year, for Lessons and Carols in December, for Christmas Eve, and for the services during Holy Week.
