The Parish Choir

Praising God Through Song

To join the choir, contact Director of Music Richard Gray at [email protected]

During COVID-19: The choir is still meeting weekly via Zoom for virtual rehearsals and educational offerings. Anyone is welcome to attend! Contact Richard Gray at [email protected] for the link.

The Parish Choir is open to all who are interested in singing. The semi-professional ensemble made up of twenty two volunteers and eight staff singers focuses on repertoire singing sacred texts grounded in the Anglican tradition. There are no required auditions; however, it is helpful to be able to read music and have had prior choral singing experience.

The choir meets to rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 7:15 to 9:15 P.M. and on occasional Saturday mornings at 10 A.M. prior to major musical events. The choir is the main musical ensemble of the parish and leads worship for the 10 A.M. service on Sunday mornings, with a rehearsal at 9 A.M. In addition to Sunday mornings, the choir offers three services of Choral Evensong each year, the Annual Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols in the Kings College tradition, a Lenten choral concert with orchestra, and several additional programs.
