Sunday, August 16 at 10am at Crosby Farms Regional Park
After a six year “pause,” the communities of St. John’s and Holy Apostle Episcopal Church will join together for a shared liturgy and picnic! Worship will be led by clergy and liturgical ministers from both St John’s and Holy Apostles. Summer fun, food and fellowship will follow after the service which will include hamburgers, hot dogs, and some traditional Hmong dishes. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. Water and lemonade will be provided. There will be activities for children and families.
Please bring:
- a non-refrigerated dessert to share (2 -3 dozen cookies/bars or the equivalent)
- blankets or chairs to sit on
- sunscreen and bug spray
Please note that morning 8am worship will take place at church as usual; no 10am worship in the church building.
